One of the best ways to appreciate Tokyo at night is by taking a Tokyo Bay Cruise on a traditional style Yakatabune boat. It's called 風 の 塔 "wind zellers store locator tower" and was built by Kajima Corporation. Wind Tower can not be visited, but the rest area 海 ほ た る Umi-hotaru "sea firefly" which is right at the end of the tunnel itself that you can visit.
The other day we crossed the bay under the sea using the Tokyo Bay Aqua-Line, we pass under the "wind tower" and stopped at "sea firefly" for coffee and take pictures. To enter the highway Tokyo Bay Aqua-Line from the center of Tokyo is best first to Odaiba across the Rainbow Bridge.

Cost is on everyone s minds when planning out a trip to the Tokyo Disney Resort. Accommodations being one of the most significant costs. It s for this reason why you may consider gandaria city mall a visit to be expensive. Staying onsite at the Disney Hotels you will pay a premium for the privilege. Fortunately, onsite are a group of Official Hotels which are often available on popular websites like Hotels.com for a small fraction of the cost. Free WiFi is available through out the lobby and the Link@Sheraton offers plenty of PC s to check your e-mails gandaria city mall and search the internet. A Disney Fantasy Store is a great place to pick up many souvenirs without facing the crowds. The hotel also has a few Restaurants and a Cafe. However because of its location, you could easily take the Resort Line over to Ikspiari where a huge variety of options await. A fitness center is also available but I did not get to try it out this time.
Access to Bayside Station is directly across the street and a complimentary shuttle bus will drop you off at the station if you are unable to walk the distance or decide to reserve energy. Although the loading and unloading process is quite long, if you are able to go on foot it s highly recommended gandaria city mall to walk. Which is a 2-3 minute walk.
Next time you are looking up Hotels to stay at in Japan to visit Tokyo Disney Resort, consider the Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay . A good Western style hotel – right in the heart of the Resort – for a very reasonable price.

Having recently joined the BCCJ, (British Chamber brio southlake of Commerce) we were invited to participate in the JET Career Fair (Japan Exchange Teaching Programme) brio southlake in early February. This was the first time we ve been to something like this and we didn t know what to expect. Maybe that was just as well
The JET Program is an initiative sponsored by the Japanese government to promote internationalization at the grassroots level by bringing young, college-educated individuals to work in communities throughout Japan. The official website of the JET Program USA www.us.emb-japan.go.jp/JET/
As soon as the doors opened the JETs swooshed in and landed at our booth, one after the other, after the other. We didn t stop for the full amount of time that we were there. It was brilliant and we were buzzing!
The event itself is very well organised. The JETs have two days to meet with potential employers and also they get a chance to see some inspirational talks. The majority of them are also aiming to finish up with their work on the programme so their schedules are pretty busy and full on. We re really grateful to everyone who came by to see us. It s amazing how something like this takes your motivation levels up a notch or two.
Even with our dry mouths, (thanks to Lauren for being smart and thinking of getting in some refreshments beforehand) and the occasional pause between sentences brio southlake we managed to replay a lot of information about Odigo to everyone who came to see us. We really felt that the event was a huge success for us. There wasn t one person that we spoke to who couldn t help to contribute in some way to our site, join our community and participate in our mission to help open up the amazing more hidden parts of Japan to the world.
One of the exciting things about meeting the JETs was that out of everyone who came to see us, only two people were living in Tokyo. This was perfect for us, as we try and venture out to seek more contributions from places like Shikoku, Hiroshima, Hokkaido and Kyushu to really brio southlake try and open up Japan for travellers and to help communities in these areas promote what they do and what they love to visitors.
We had some amazing feedback, people were really behind our site, our plans and what we ultimately aim to achieve, which is to bring confidence and knowledge to people visiting Japan outside of the main cities and tourist hotspots.
We were completely taken aback by all the positivity but on reflection it s easy to see why people were so excited – because we re so excited too. We believe 100% in this project, and we really feel that the people we met on the day will all be crucial to building our community.
A big thank you to the British Chamber of Commerce for the invitation and for the officials at the JET programme for being so patient as we gathered information brio southlake and sent in all the forms for participation. We are hoping to participate in more chamber and JET events in the future.
